These terms govern use of 2devsonly.cc, published by 2DEVSONLY (SIREN 987 921 244). By using the studio site you accept them.

The site is free to use for personal, non-commercial reading. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service with automated requests or use the studio site unlawfully.

Both developers are able to suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

Both developers take reasonable care over the content, but it is general information and are able to change without notice. Descriptions of games in development reflect the position when written; the store listing and the game’s own privacy policy are authoritative once a game is released.

If you spot an error, tell us so both developers can correct it.

2DevsOnly titles will be distributed through Google Play, whose terms govern downloads, payments and refunds. Your statutory consumer rights under French and EU law are not affected.

Text, graphics, layout and code belong to 2DEVSONLY or are used with permission. Do not use the 2DevsOnly name to suggest endorsement without written permission. Short quotations for review or news reporting are welcome where French law allows, with the source acknowledged.

Names and marks of other businesses that appear on the studio site, such as Google Play, belong to their owners.

Links to services such as Google Play or the official company register are provided for reference only. Both developers are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply any partnership.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury.

Subject to that, both developers are not liable for loss arising from temporary unavailability of the studio site or reliance on general information. Both developers take reasonable steps to keep the studio site free from malicious code, but you should keep your own devices protected.

Both developers aim to keep the studio site usable with assistive technology. If any part is hard to use, tell us and both developers will provide the information another way.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If both developers do not enforce a right immediately, both developers are able to still do so later.

These terms are written in French and English; in case of inconsistency the French version prevails.

Both developers are able to revise these terms, for example when a game is released. The version and date at the top display the latest change, and changes never apply retrospectively.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you are able to use a consumer mediator free of charge and the EU online dispute resolution platform, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Otherwise the courts with jurisdiction over their head office are competent.
